WHY DID I RECEIVE CUSTOMS CHARGES?
International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes. Our international shipping charge of $15 does not cover any custom duties/taxes that may be applied to your package upon arrival to your country. I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN ENTERING MY ADDRESS. HELP?
If you're getting a message regarding your shipping and/or billing address, double check them and make sure they are 100% correct. Your billing address should match exactly whatever your bank has on file. Also, try spelling out any abbreviated words. For example: "St. Louis" try "Saint Louis" or "St." to "Street" etc. If you continue to have problems, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
